Appointment Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can provide the best experience for all of our guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. This fee helps cover the reserved appointment time that cannot typically be filled on short notice. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice may also be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. If you have extenuating circumstances, please reach out to us—we’re happy to review them on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for respecting our time and supporting our small business. Grace’s love for this industry began with skincare. She fell in love with the transformation that comes from helping someone feel confident in their own skin, and to this day, customized facials remain one of her favorite services to perform. As her career evolved, she discovered massage therapy and found an entirely new way to care for people—one that went beyond the surface. What started as a new chapter in her career quickly became one of Grace’s greatest passions. She loves the way therapeutic and deep tissue massage can help people feel better—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Creating a peaceful space where clients can completely unwind, release the stress they’ve been carrying, and leave feeling restored is one of the most rewarding parts of her work. Seeing that transformation is what continues to inspire her every day. Her passion for beauty extends beyond skincare, and she enjoys helping clients feel confident through waxing, brows, and lash services. More than anything, Grace hopes every client who walks through her door finds a place of comfort, healing, and reprieve—leaving not only looking their best, but feeling their best, too.
April is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Thai Bodyworker, and Reiki Master/Teacher dedicated to creating personalized sessions tailored to each client’s unique needs. As a trauma-informed therapist, she focuses on nervous system regulation and deep muscle relaxation through slow, intentional, and intuitive bodywork. Her treatments thoughtfully integrate myofascial release, deep tissue massage, Thai stretching, and energetic healing, all delivered with a compassionate approach that helps clients feel safe, seen, comfortable, and deeply relaxed. April specializes in deep tissue massage, acupressure point therapy and Thai bodywork, energetic healing, prenatal and postpartum massage, cupping therapy, and hot stone treatments. Whether you’re seeking a luxurious spa experience, relief from chronic tension, or support on a long-term healing journey, she provides grounded, intentional care designed to meet you where you are.
